The empty shell was a corner location, approx 1000 sqm - in a newly rebuilt Homemakers Centre, to service the growing demographic of this area. King Living’s commission was to design and document this new showroom, specify all new “signature” products, source the fit out and joinery contractors and maintain design and quality control, throughout the build process.
Pursuing the new King Living direction, the stylistic evolution of King Showrooms is epitomised in the Osborne Park space. Following extensive research, “True colour” LED lighting by German lighting giant Zumtobel AG was specified to best showcase the furniture and is one of a number of features that enhances the showroom experience.
